Extensions are not permitted unless valid travel documentation or medical reports are submitted at least one month prior to the expiry date. Extensions, under these circumstances, are limited to a maximum of one month.

Sessions can be pre-booked at least twelve (12) hours or a maximum of two months in advance, depending on availability.

A twelve (12) hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling via text message. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the forfeiture of the session, exceptions are made for illness or travel with proof documents (refer 1).

Replacement sessions are arranged for cancellations by the Trainer or the Center.

Refer to Q1. Temporary freezing for up to one month due to valid reasons requires at least one month's notice through a written message. Booked slots will be released  to others for booking during this period.

Clients should be ready on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened workout or session cancellation if the client is more than fifteen (15) minutes late. Contact the Trainer in case of anticipated delay.

The Center reserves the right to provide a certified substitute trainer if the original trainer is unavailable.

Full payment is required in advance, either at the time of purchase, before package commencement, or on the 1st of each month for monthly packages. Session bookings are allowed only after full payment.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including relocation or unused sessions.

All protected information shared with personal trainers remains confidential.

The Center reserves the right to amend terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Check the official website or social media for the latest policy updates.
