At SportForLiving, we are committed to providing quality products. However, we understand that sometimes issues can arise during delivery. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any items unless they are damaged or broken during delivery.
2. Proof of Damage
If your item arrives broken or damaged:
- You must provide clear proof of the damage. This includes photos of the damaged item and the packaging at the time of delivery.
- Please email the proof to info@sportforliving.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
3. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your damage report, we will:
- Review the provided evidence.
- If necessary, request additional information.
- Notify you of the next steps, which may include sending the item back for inspection.
4. Return Process
If your return is approved:
- You will be required to send the damaged item back to us. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
5. Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If the damage is verified, we will process a refund.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after the return has been processed.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Items that are not damaged during delivery cannot be returned or refunded.
